Method

Peas and Potato Curry

  1. Peel and chop the onion, garlic and ginger.
  2. Heat oil in a saucepan and add the cumin seeds.

  4. Add the coriander powder, turmeric powder and red chili powder and fry for 1 minute.

Lentil Curry

  8. Add sugar and cook for a further 5 minutes.
  9. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve with rice or bread.
