- 4 soft-boiled eggs
- 2 cups sliced pork belly
- 1 cup scallions, sliced

- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Method
1. In a pot, bring the broth to a boil and add the minced garlic, grated ginger, soy sauce, and miso paste. Stir well and let it simmer for 10-15 minutes. 2. In another pot, cook the ramen noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and rinse in cold water to prevent them from sticking together. 3. In a frying pan, cook the sliced pork belly until crispy. Set aside. 4. Soft-boil the eggs by bringing a pot of water to a boil, then lowering the eggs into the water with a spoon. Cook for 6-7 minutes, then remove and place in a bowl of cold water. 5. Slice the scallions and prepare the bean sprouts and dried seaweed. 6. To assemble the ramen bowls, divide the noodles among four bowls. Pour the broth over the noodles, then add the pork belly, sliced scallions, bean sprouts, and seaweed. 7.
