- 1/3 cup whole milk

- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk
- 1 cup heavy cream

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). 2. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish. 3. In a bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside. 4.
